Electric height adjustment on linear guides

• Height adjustment is done electrically, precisely, effortlessly and quickly.
• It supports and guides moving components to achieve linear back-and-forth movement in a predetermined direction, making it suitable for mechanical structures that require a high level of precision.

Carbon fiber power table

• Extremely wear-resistant, it is made of carbon fiber, which considerably improves its durability and effectively protects the parts.
• Servo-electric adjustable pre-milling guide rail, sectioned lengthwise, a feature that facilitates the protection of edges against chipping that may be caused by mechanical forces.

Upper pressing

Infrared lamp for preheating panels

• It ensures the preheating of the panels, optimizing the adhesion between the edge band and the material, to achieve uniform and high-quality bonding in the edge banding process.

Adhesive pre-melting system

• The advantage of the system is the short melting time – 3 seconds;
• Reduces the carbonization and vulcanization effect caused by overheating of resins in adhesives;
• Temperature adjustment is done from the control panel;
• Guarantees perfect adhesion between the adhesive and the chipboard sheet.

Superior adhesive system

• The in-house developed adhesive applicator uses injection molding technology (whereas most competitors use sand casting), which ensures superior sealing, uniform temperature transmission, and high-performance heating tubes with extended service life and increased stability.
• The glue slot opening/closing system uses a high-temperature resistant cylinder (optional, glue servo adjustment), eliminating the need for operator intervention to manually shut off the glue flow when the machine stops, thus preventing leaks.
• The base of the unit is equipped with a locking function, which eliminates the occurrence of perforations (pinholes) at the beginning and end of the panel during the edging process.

Servo-driven edge loading system

• Helps improve production efficiency and save edge banding;
• Loading the edge is done quickly and efficiently.

Variable frequency edge banding

• Strong pressing of the edge on the workpiece thanks to the high-quality pressing unit;
• One motorized roller, plus 4 more free rollers;
• The pressure rollers have a pressure regulator.
• Driven by an independent motor, each pressing wheel can adjust its angle individually, achieving a superior pressing effect and ensuring stronger adhesion of the edge banding.

J-shape pressing unit

• Profile shaping and pressing J, for a superior aesthetic result and increased functionality.

Form 2 pressing unit

• Pressing and applying the edge banding to the beveled edge.

Form 3 pressing unit

Precise cutting at the ends

• Through precise movement on linear guides, automatic template tracking and the use of a high-frequency motor with fast cutting capacity, the edge band is cut quickly and precisely.
• This process ensures a perfectly flat and smooth edge surface, provides a superior application result, reduces material consumption, allows for higher working speeds and significantly increases production efficiency.

Coarse length profiling unit

• During the edging process, the high-frequency, high-speed motor removes excess material from the top and bottom edges of the panel so that the width of the edging is perfectly aligned with the panel.
• Switching between modes is done through a single servo-electrically controlled command, without manual knife adjustments by technicians.

Fine length profiling unit

• Precise edge finishing along the length, for a uniform edge and a superior visual and tactile appearance.

Radius tickling

• The upper and lower clinching unit allows for extremely precise finishing of the panel edges, ensuring a smoother surface and improved aesthetic appearance.
• Radius edging facilitates the removal of wavy marks generated during the edging application process and ensures a smooth and uniform finish to the edges of the board and adjacent parts, contributing to an impeccable aesthetic appearance.

Floating right tickling

• This functionality contributes to increasing production efficiency and achieving a higher quality edgebanding effect.
• Removes excess adhesive, leaving the top and bottom edges of the panel cleaner and more uniform, which contributes to a higher quality of industrial edgebanding.
• The directional compressed air blowing and chip evacuation system improves dust collection efficiency, ensuring a clean and stable process in industrial conditions.

Polishing unit

• The polishing unit is where the edges receive the final finishing;
• Independent engines;
• The brushes work together, oscillating back and forth to evenly use the textile discs;

Auxiliary pressure rollers
