The machine allows the processing of panels with a minimum size of 300 x 40 mm, making it suitable even for narrow parts and applications requiring high precision. The heavy-duty monoblock frame contributes to stable panel feeding, reduced vibrations and superior edge quality.

Heavy-duty frame with oversized press beams

• The machine is equipped with a heavy-duty frame and reinforced press beams, designed for high stability in operation. The worktable is CNC machined to ensure surface flatness.
• The frame is robotically welded, stress-relieved by natural aging and finished by machining on a portal-type CNC center, to guarantee the stability of the construction, the precision of work and the reliability of the machine in industrial conditions.

Pressure rollers

• Strong pressing of the edge on the workpiece thanks to the high-quality pressing unit;
• One pre-tensioned roller, plus 4 more loose rollers, 1 of which is silicone;
• The pressing rollers benefit from a pressure regulator;
• Working pressure – 5 – 2.5 bar.

Precise 35° end cutting unit

• The 35° cutting unit uses linear guides with skids for high precision and durability in operation.

• The unit processes the edges of the edge band by rounding/chamfering, giving the four corners of the panel a smooth, uniform and aesthetic appearance.

Pneumatically operated radius ticling with 2 units

• 90° horizontal scraping system, equipped with an enlarged disc and slide adjustment, for smoother operation and high precision.
• The units are designed for thick and thin edges, allowing for quick changeover with a single command.
• The system effectively removes traces left after milling and finishes the R-type profile, for a clean and uniform result.

Straight threading + residual thread capture device + cleaning agent spraying system

• Residual thread collection device – prevents situations where the threads coming from the edge band affect the normal operation of the straight edge or can block the polishing unit, reducing the risk of the motor stopping or overloading.
• Flexible straight tickling – remove excess hot melt adhesive from the panel surface.
• Cleaning agent spray system – dilutes hot melt adhesive residues, facilitating cleaning and contributing to a cleaner final finish.

Double polishing unit

• The polishing unit is where the edges receive the final finishing;

PUR gluing unit

• Allows the use of two different glue colors;
• Cleaning the tub is quick;
• High resistance to wear, humidity, heat and UV rays;
• Clean edges, no traces of glue;
• Polyurethane-based adhesives differ from conventional hot melt adhesives by the presence of reactive isocyanate groups, components that reactivate in contact with moisture, forming a robust and durable elastomeric bond;
• It has the advantage of not requiring application in thick layers, which saves material and reduces the weight of the final assembly.
