Pre-milling unit

• It guarantees perpendicularity by milling possible edge defects, thus achieving optimal bonding between the targeted edge and the edge foil;
• Independent exhaust hood.

Sheet preheating unit

• The infrared panel pre-heating unit is positioned before the gluing group to create the most optimal temperature for gluing the edge;
• Ideal for humid or cold environments.

Gluing unit

• The advantage of the system is the reduced melting time;
• Reduces the carbonization and vulcanization effect caused by overheating of resins in adhesives;

Pneumatic guillotine

Pneumatically operated radius chucking unit

• The clinching unit has the role of processing previously finished edges;
• The radius sander removes traces of glue or edge foil, ensuring a uniform edge surface;

• Milling is performed superiorly and inferiorly;

Straight tickling + antistatic agent spraying system

• Removes excess adhesive, achieving a perfectly squared edge;
• The antistatic agent dilutes any adhesive present on the melamine of the panel, which will later be removed by the polishing operation.

Double polishing unit

• The double polishing unit is where the edges receive the final finishing;
• Independent engines;
• The brushes work together, oscillating back and forth to evenly use the textile discs;

Protective devices

• Pneumatically operated sequential power supply protection device. This prevents accidental power supply, which can cause significant damage to the working units;

Conveyor belt reducer

• Ensures stable operation of the conveyor belt through a 4 kW motor;
• Positioned on the discharge side of the aggregate.

Rubberized auxiliary support rollers

• The auxiliary support wheels in the entry and exit area are covered with rubber to prevent the panel from being hit or damaged during feeding and evacuation.

Processing panels with various shapes

• The machine allows for the adjustment and finishing of the edge on panels with different shapes, adapting the processing to the geometry of the piece for a uniform and correct result.

PUR gluing unit – optional

• Allows the use of two different glue colors;
• Cleaning the tub is quick;
• High resistance to wear, humidity, heat and UV rays;

• Polyurethane-based adhesives differ from conventional hot melt adhesives by the presence of reactive isocyanate groups, components that reactivate in contact with moisture, forming a robust and durable elastomeric bond;
• It has the advantage of not requiring application in thick layers, which saves material and reduces the weight of the final assembly.

PUR container with non-cleaning system
