 Separating agent spraying system

• Helps prevent adhesive from sticking to the melamine surface of processed boards;
• This is sprayed before pre-milling.

Pre-milling unit

• It guarantees perpendicularity by milling possible edge defects, thus achieving optimal bonding between the targeted edge and the edge foil;
• Independent exhaust hood.

Sheet preheating unit

• The infrared panel pre-heating unit is positioned before the gluing group to create the most optimal temperature for gluing the edge;
• Ideal for humid or cold environments.

PUR gluing unit (optional)

• Allows the use of two different glue colors;
• The gluing tank has self-cleaning;
• High resistance to wear, humidity, heat and UV rays;

Pneumatic guillotine

Pressure rollers

• Each steel roller is equipped with a dedicated squeegee for quick removal of excess adhesive, ensuring a clean and finished edge.

Precise cutting unit at the ends

Corner rounding unit

• Drive mode – front, back and two straight edges so as to obtain a uniform edge radius;

2 sets of tickling units

• Designed specifically for high-quality furniture doors, this system is equipped with two sets of scrapers with visual indicators.
• Allows quick switching, with a single button, between thick and thin edging strips.
• It effectively removes marks left by finishing knives and refines rounded corners with R radius, providing a high-precision aesthetic finish.

Chip collection system + surface scraper + cleaning agent

• Chip collection system: Eliminates glue threads resulting from the edging process, which can interfere with the flat squeegee or get wrapped around the polishing unit, thus preventing the motor from jamming or burning out.
• Surface scraper: Easy to adjust, effectively cleans excess adhesive and prevents scratching of the panel surface.
• Cleaning agent unit: Dilutes and softens melted adhesive residue for easier and more effective cleaning, ensuring a perfect finish.

Double polishing unit

• The double polishing unit is where the edges receive the final finishing;
