Description Vacuum packaging press ISTRA-A VPF-2-2600

The VPF series vacuum wrapping presses are designed for wrapping with PVC film. It can also be used as a membrane press.

The press is fully automated and has 3 operating modes:

  • Automatic mode – a series of automatic pressings according to preset settings. The entire process is monitored by a PLC controller.
  • Manual mode – the entire compression cycle is monitored by the operator.
  • The membrane module is designed to work with a membrane vacuum press, which can be used as a regular membrane press. The press is equipped with a silicone or rubber membrane.

Construction made of welded structural steel.

Work table

The construction of the worktable makes it possible to veneer parts with a straight surface or with various profiles, with variable thicknesses. The useful working width allows the veneering of parts with widths up to 1100 mm or the veneering of several small parts simultaneously, thus increasing productivity and efficiency.

Highly resistant rubberized or silicone membrane

The presses can be equipped with rubber or silicone membranes, which are made of heat-resistant materials with a high expansion coefficient (700%). Resistant to sudden temperature changes.

Heating system

Heating system with maximum temperature up to 140°C. Three independent heating zones. Carbon radiator. Pneumatic actuator of the upper cover of the heating system.

Vacuum pump with superior productivity

Vacuum pump with a capacity of 40 m3/h. Buffer tank with a capacity of 100 l.

It saves time and effort and prevents operating errors.

Simple, efficient, productive

  1. The elements that need to be wrapped are distributed on the work table. In order for the wrapping to be efficient, supports are made for placing the materials in the press. The work table is metallic, with holes for mounting supports for certain types of elements.
  2. The PVC film is spread over the entire surface of the table. The film is delivered in rolls, and on the left side of the press there is a special support for placing and unrolling the PVC film. No rubber or silicone membrane is required. The vacuum pump will absorb the air between the work table and the PVC film.
  3. Close the press hood. Set the working mode (manual/automatic) and the working program, with heating and alternate operation of the vacuum pump to avoid tearing the foil.
  4. After the program is finished, the press hood is opened, cut with a simple cutter and the wrapped material is retrieved.

Fast, convenient, perfect

  1. The rubber or silicone membrane is installed.
  2. A support is made for placing the material in the press.
  3. The veneer to be applied is glued to the material.
  4. The veneer is applied to the material and a mini-membrane is placed on top (which protects the main membrane from sharp edges).
  5. Lower the press hood. Set the working mode (manual/automatic) and the working program.
  6. In a short time, all the air between the membrane and the work table on which the material is placed will be absorbed. Efficient pressing over the entire work surface.
  7. After reaching the desired temperature, the press hood is opened and the wrapped material is taken out.

Multiple markers can be wrapped simultaneously provided that the minimum distance between them is respected, namely L = 3xH. At the same time, a minimum space equal to the height of the marker (H) x 1,5 must be left between the press frame and the first marker.

    Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL. I am very satisfied with both the products and the overall purchasing experience. The machines are well built and offer excellent working precision. The performance is beyond expectations, and the intuitive settings make use easy even for less experienced operators. Are the machines in stock or are they made to order?

How is heavy equipment transported?

  • International: We arrange road transport (full truckload or groupage) anywhere in Europe, with CMR insurance included. Machines are secured and protected specifically for long distances.

Are there financing or leasing options?

Yes. We collaborate with the main leasing institutions in Romania (B2B) to offer financing packages with minimum down payment and preferential interest rates. For international customers, payment is usually made in full or according to the external commercial contract (e.g. letter of credit), with invoicing being intra-community (excluding VAT) for VIES eligible companies.

  3. Local Partners: For complex on-site interventions, we work with a network of partner technicians in key EU countries or send our own team for major overhauls.
