Description Thermoforming press ISTRA-A TF-160H
The TF series membrane vacuum presses are specially designed for preheating and shaping solid surface materials (Corian, Hi Macs, Staron, Hanex, Kerrock and others), as well as acrylic material and for thermoplastic forming. The TF series vacuum presses are a combined solution that includes the functions of two separate machines: the vacuum press and the preheating oven, which considerably increases the press's functionality. The range includes three models: TF-160H, TF-300H and TF-350H.
- Construction of welded structural steel plates.
- Work surface made of 12 mm HPL board.
Work table
The construction of the worktable makes it possible to thermoform on templates with a straight surface or with various profiles, up to a thickness of 600 mm. The width of the heated plates allows the thermoforming of parts with widths of up to 840 mm or the thermoforming of several small parts simultaneously, thus increasing productivity and efficiency. Presses with special dimensions can be delivered on request.
Highly resistant rubberized or silicone membrane
- Silicone membrane, elasticity up to 700%, maximum temperature up to 240°C, thickness 2mm.
- Optional: Thickness 3, 4mm.
Vacuum pump with superior productivity
- BECKER oil-free vacuum pump. 15l pressure tank. Air filter.
- Vacuum control system and automatic pump shutdown.
Heating system
- Heating on two sides.
- Temperature control with PID regulation.
- Anodized aluminum heating plate.
Pneumatic drive of the turntables
The plates are operated using a pneumatic piston, which facilitates lifting the upper plate and pressing it after the material has been placed.
Control
- Temperature controllers.
- Two-position operating valve.
- Vacuum gauge.
- Vacuum level relay.
- Power switch.
Multiple markers can be thermoformed simultaneously provided that the minimum distance between them is respected, namely L = 3xH. At the same time, a minimum space equal to the height of the marker (H) x 1,5 must be left between the press frame and the first marker.
Applications
Thermoforming – 2D or 3D; the vacuum system thermoforms acrylic or thermoplastic materials, an advantage that enables the production of countertops, sinks, bar counters and other interior elements.
Woodworking industry – veneering or laminating flat or curved surfaces. It allows the gluing of 2D curved parts.

Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL. I am very satisfied with both the products and the overall purchasing experience. The machines are well built and offer excellent working precision. The performance is beyond expectations, and the intuitive settings make use easy even for less experienced operators.
