Description Thermoforming press ISTRA-A TF-300HV

The TF series thermoforming presses are equipped with a heating system that enables vacuum pressing in woodworking and for forming solid surface or acrylic materials. This press combines 3 machines in one.

Construction made of welded steel with 12 mm HPL work surface.

Thermoforming press work table

The design of the worktable makes it possible to thermoform on templates with a straight surface or with various profiles, up to a thickness of 600 mm. The width of the heated platens allows the thermoforming of parts up to 1000 mm wide, or the thermoforming of several small parts simultaneously, thus increasing productivity and efficiency. Presses with special dimensions can be supplied on request.

Highly resistant rubberized or silicone membrane

The presses are fitted with a rubber or silicone membrane made of heat-resistant materials (up to 2400C) with a high expansion coefficient (700%). Resistant to sudden temperature changes. The thickness is 2 mm (*optional 3 or 4 mm).

Vacuum pump with superior productivity

Ensures efficient vacuum creation to guarantee constant pressure on the entire surface of the thermoformed parts, resulting in products of the highest quality. Equipped with 15 l buffer tank and air filter. Vacuum system control and automatic pump shutdown.

Simple, efficient, productive

  1. A template is made for placing the material in the press.
  2. The material is heated by placing it on the plates with resistors.
  3. After heating (at the temperature specified by the manufacturer), place the material on the template made in step 1.
  4. Lower the frame with the main rubberized membrane and connect the vacuum pump. In a short time, all the air between the membrane and the work table on which the material is placed will be sucked in. Efficient pressing on the entire work surface.
  5. After the pressing period is over, the press hood is opened and the thermoformed material is taken out. The pressing time is maintained in accordance with the plastic processing prescriptions of the material.

Multiple markers can be thermoformed simultaneously provided that the minimum distance between them is respected, namely L = 3xH. At the same time, a minimum space equal to the height of the marker (H) x 1,5 must be left between the press frame and the first marker.

Applications

Thermoforming – 2D or 3D; the vacuum system thermoforms acrylic or thermoplastic materials, an advantage that enables the production of countertops, sinks, bar counters and other interior elements.

Woodworking industry – veneering or laminating flat or curved surfaces. It allows the gluing of 2D curved parts.

    Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL. I am very satisfied with both the products and the overall purchasing experience. The machines are well built and offer excellent working precision. The performance is beyond expectations, and the intuitive settings make use easy even for less experienced operators. An important aspect is the attention to detail and the quality of the components, which inspires confidence and provides safety for a long-term use. Are the machines in stock or are they made to order?

We maintain a permanent stock of essential machinery (circular saws, edgebanders, abrichts) in our central warehouse for fast delivery (24-48h in Romania). For complex production lines, industrial CNCs or custom configurations, the delivery time varies between 30 and 90 days, depending on the complexity of the project and the factory planning.

How is heavy equipment transported?

We don't leave logistics to chance.

  • Domestic: We provide specialized transport with our own fleet or approved partners, including unloading and positioning in your workshop.

  • International: We arrange road transport (full truckload or groupage) anywhere in Europe, with CMR insurance included. Machines are secured and protected specifically for long distances.

Are there financing or leasing options?

Yes. We collaborate with the main leasing institutions in Romania (B2B) to offer financing packages with minimum down payment and preferential interest rates. For international customers, payment is usually made in full or according to the external commercial contract (e.g. letter of credit), with invoicing being intra-community (excluding VAT) for VIES eligible companies.

What happens if the machine breaks down? Do you have your own service?

Yes, Danibrum has its own technical department, not an outsourced one.

  2. Parts Shipping: We send spare parts by fast air courier (Next Day Delivery in the EU).

  3. Local Partners: For complex on-site interventions, we work with a network of partner technicians in key EU countries or send our own team for major overhauls.
