The P.ONE series 4-sided planing and profiling machines are designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized workshops and production plants.
The extensive features of this series include a large feed table (2300 mm) that makes feeding easier and boosts productivity, pneumatic pressure on the feed rollers, electric adjustment of the working height, and cardan-shaft drive for the feed rollers.
The machines are designed and engineered to allow the mounting of profiling tools with diameters between 110 mm and 180 mm on the vertical axes (left/right) and on the upper axis, facilitating a high working capacity at a high degree of finishing.
Using the 4-sided processing machine, straightening operations can be performed, thus the elements will be perfectly prepared for the following work operations, or, depending on the need, profiled processing tools can be used.
The P.ONE 23/5 model is equipped with a universal spindle that allows additional woodworking operations to be performed on any of the 4 sides of your choice, making the machine extremely versatile for a wide range of machining operations.

Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL. I am very satisfied with both the products and the overall purchasing experience. The machines are well built and offer excellent working precision. The performance is beyond expectations, and the intuitive settings make use easy even for less experienced operators. An important aspect is the attention to detail and the quality of the components, which inspires confidence and provides safety for a long-term use. The protection and suction systems are effective, and the noise level is low. Delivery was fast, the machines were well packaged, and the Danibrum team provided prompt and professional technical support.
