Description DANIBRUM BF450B-PUR-IIII foil and laminating machine
The BF450B-PUR-IIII machine is designed for continuous foiling of profiles with decorative materials such as PVC, PP, PET, natural veneer or decorative paper. The machine uses PUR reactive polyurethane adhesive and is equipped with a high-precision slot-type application head, which ensures uniform and controlled distribution of the adhesive across the entire working width.
The PUR system offers high initial adhesion, fast positioning and superior resistance to water, temperature, cold, solvents and deformation over time. Compared to water-based, solvent-based or conventional hot melt adhesives, the PUR adhesive provides better joint stability and high durability in service.
The application temperature of PUR adhesive is approximately 120°C, lower than conventional hot melt adhesives, which are typically applied at 150–180°C. This helps to reduce thermal stress on the foil and profile.
The machine can process profiles up to 450 mm wide and 120 mm thick. The feed speed is adjustable between 0 and 30 m/min, allowing adaptation to different types of materials, geometries and production requirements.
The control is done through PLC and touch screen, for easy adjustment of working parameters and monitoring of the wrapping process. The machine can be equipped with preheating system, automatic foil centering device, three-side exhaust and continuous PUR adhesive feeding system.

Rubberized motorized rollers
- It ensures constant advance of the processed parts, with increased grip thanks to the rubberized rollers.
- The feed rate is adjustable and ranges between 0 – 30 m/min.
- The working width of the rollers can be adjusted independently, up to 450 mm.
PUR adhesive
- Bonding is done with PUR,
- High adhesion and superior water resistance.
- The application temperature of PUR adhesive is approximately 120°C.
Material preheating lamp
- Preheating the material prepares the ground for perfect bonding.
- The temperature difference between the material and the adhesive is considerably reduced, eliminating the risk of imperfect bonding.
Quick-change templates (optional)
- The system allows efficient switching between different models and profile types, significantly reducing production downtime.
- By using preset templates, machine configuration is done quickly and accurately, without complicated adjustments or laborious interventions.
- Each element is equipped with 4 cylinders on which rollers can be attached in various configurations, adapted to the specifics of the processed profile. This flexibility allows rapid adjustment to different production requirements, without compromising on stability or finish quality.
- Disassembly and assembly of components is performed simply and safely, with high precision, ensuring repeatability and uniformity in the process. The result is an optimized workflow, with fast changeovers between batches and increased productivity in industrial applications.
Foil unwinding shaft
- Roll unwinding shaft equipped with conical centering system for fixing and uniformly unwinding the decorative foil. Ensures axial stability and constant feeding during the wrapping process.
Touch screen control panel
- The adjustment of all motorized and electrical elements is carried out via the touch screen control panel.

Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL. I am very satisfied with both the products and the overall purchasing experience. The machines are well built and offer excellent working precision. The performance is beyond expectations, and the intuitive settings make use easy even for less experienced operators. An important aspect is the attention to detail and the quality of the components, which inspires confidence and provides safety for a long-term use.
