Sliding beam clamping pliers

• The sliding beam design benefits from high rigidity on both sides and ensures stable and fast movement of the clamping pliers with minimal vibration;
• Entirely machined using CNC technology, the advantage of which is that it gives the equipment a high load capacity;
• Sliding is carried out by means of industrial linear guides, arranged along the entire length of the sliding beam;
• Cable chains;
• Reduces the need for frequent tong changes during processing, leading to greater efficiency;
• The movement of the pliers is controlled by servomotors and is carried out along an inclined rack and pinion, for increased precision in the process;
• The three-stage clamping design of the clamp ensures reduced friction: when the clamp is open, it separates from the bottom surface of the plate to avoid friction with the panel; during movement, the clamp raises the panel above the table level to prevent friction with it; when drilling, the clamp clamps the plate and lowers to the table height for accuracy;
• The pliers also have a blowing function to remove dust.

Lateral alignment

• The 2 pliers cooperate excellently with the intelligent lateral alignment device to guarantee the perfect positioning of the plates to be processed;
• The floating support plate ensures uniform pressure distribution on the plate, thus guaranteeing processing precision, which improves the quality of the processed works by maintaining stability and avoiding deformations during operations.

Loading tables

• Air cushion table to facilitate loading of large parts without leaving marks on the worktables;
• Equipped with air pump as standard;
• The worktops are clamped and secured using the 2 clamping pliers;
• Free rollers at the end of the table, which help to quickly load the material into the CNC drilling machine;

Unloading area
