Sliding beam clamping pliers

• The sliding beam design benefits from high rigidity on both sides and ensures stable and fast movement of the clamping pliers with minimal vibration;
• Entirely machined using CNC technology, the advantage of which is that it gives the equipment a high load capacity;
• Sliding is carried out by means of industrial linear guides, arranged along the entire length of the sliding beam;
• Cable chains;
• Reduces the need for frequent tong changes during processing, leading to greater efficiency;
• The movement of the pliers is controlled by servomotors and is carried out along an inclined rack and pinion, for increased precision in the process;
• The three-stage clamping design of the clamp ensures reduced friction: when the clamp is open, it separates from the bottom surface of the plate to avoid friction with the panel; during movement, the clamp raises the panel above the table level to prevent friction with it; when drilling, the clamp clamps the plate and lowers to the table height for accuracy;

Lateral alignment
