The vertical pressing pistons are centrally operated using a professional hydraulic pump.
In its standard configuration, the press accommodates element thicknesses of up to 150 mm and variable working lengths. These types of presses are preferred by manufacturers who want to achieve maximum yield from their timber. This press can be used to produce laminated elements required for furniture manufacturing, as well as structural elements.
The working length of up to 6,000 mm makes it possible to recover the resulting offcuts, producing small panels for furniture doors, drawers and furniture fronts, as well as larger panels for wardrobe doors, decorative panels or large-format panels that can be cut to size later. The thickness of up to 150 mm facilitates the production of large-sized elements.
Bonding takes place under natural conditions, through natural drying and hardening of the adhesive. The space required to install and operate these presses is relatively small, and the modular construction design allows for gradual expansion to reach the desired productivity. These presses also offer the advantage of simple operation and maintenance.
The wooden elements are stacked on top of each other with the glued surfaces together, and the pressing elements on each unit are adjusted according to the required dimensions. In this way, laminated beams of different sizes can be produced with ease and maximum efficiency.
The design and construction of the press are optimized for minimum energy consumption. The press features an energy consumption control system by means of a frequency converter (inverter), which offers the following advantages:

The motor starts up gradually, thus avoiding a high load at start-up and eliminating the current surge that occurs when motors are started directly. The motor speed increases gradually from 0 rpm to the rated speed, resulting in significant electricity savings.

In operating mode, the inverter identifies the required power and speed and optimizes motor operation to generate the necessary pressure, maximizing energy efficiency.

Operating in automatic energy-saving mode can reduce consumption by 5% (under load, during operation) up to 40% (no load, at start-up).

Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL.
