Thickness planer with classic spindle with 4 knives
Machine intended for solid wood processing workshops. Allows the processing of various types of wood, offering comfort in use for very good results.
Solid construction
- Very good build quality;
- Weight of 720 kg, for stability in processing;
- Electric working height adjustment;
- Feed speed adjustable via potentiometer.
Large working dimensions
- Large working width, 630 mm;
- Working thickness between 8 - 300 mm;
- Electrical adjustment of the work table, via a motor 0.25 kW;
- Separate motor for feed of workpieces 0.55 kW;
- Minimum workpiece length: 280 mm;
- 4 knives mounted on a shaft with a diameter of ø117 mm;
- It is recommended that the knives be fitted using the knife adjustment device. MEL2.
Solid anti-recoil system
- Solid anti-kickback system, positioned at the entrance to the machine, ensuring operator protection and stable processing;

Smooth idler rollers

- Regardless of the type of wood being planed, its advance in the planing area is consistently achieved with very good results.
Electric height adjustment

Cast iron work table
- Solid cast iron table supported by 4 columns;
- 2 free rollers arranged in the table;

4 table support columns
- The table is supported by 4 sturdy columns;
- Each column is covered with a rubber jacket;

Soundproofing hood
- For hearing comfort, the protective hood is soundproofed.
- Protective limiter that prevents the machine from starting when the hood is raised.

Protection systems
- The protective hood has a hood opening prevention system;

Extractor hood

Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL. I am very satisfied with both the products and the overall purchasing experience. The machines are well built and offer excellent working precision. The performance is beyond expectations, and the intuitive settings make use easy even for less experienced operators. An important aspect is the attention to detail and the quality of the components, which inspires confidence and provides safety for a long-term use.
