Control system

The CNC router is equipped with a 21.5-inch graphic touchscreen tablet, which enables the use of the industrial software NC Studio, one of the most widely used professional solutions for controlling CNC machines.

Precise transmission systems

• The transmission systems are designed for high performance: the X and Y axes use helical rack and pinion (technology that ensures smooth, silent and precise movements along the entire working length), and the Z axis is driven by a high-precision recirculating ball screw.

6 vacuum zones

• Zoned vacuum systems offer a significant advantage in terms of efficiency and flexibility. By selectively activating zones based on the size or shape of the part, optimal clamping is achieved without wasted energy or vacuum loss.
• The clamping is done uniformly, without clamps or mechanical fasteners, which allows a completely free surface for machining and reduces the risk of material damage. This type of clamping is especially essential in nesting operations or when working with thin and sensitive plates.
• In addition, the elimination of vibrations through effective clamping contributes to a cleaner and more precise cut. Fast workpiece setup and easy changeover between operations shortens downtime and improves workflow, especially in series production.
• By combining vacuum zones with T-slot tables, both standard jobs and special applications can be tackled, giving the operator better control and increased adaptability.
