Superior dust collection efficiency
The ST-3500 is a high-performance mobile dust extraction system designed to meet the demanding requirements of woodworking environments. With a capacity of 3,500 m³/h and a motor power of 3 kW (4 HP) at 3000 RPM, this equipment ensures efficient, consistent extraction of dust particles. The suction speed of 30 m/sec and the filtration area of 10 m² help maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Ideal for use in combination with CNC routers, panel saws for cutting stacked boards to size or other industrial units.
Robust design and increased mobility
Built with a solid frame and equipped with two waste collection containers of Ø500 mm (340 litres each), the ST-3500 offers generous storage capacity for collected dust. The unit's dimensions of 660x1910x2180 mm and weight of 285 kg ensure stability and durability, while the mobile design allows easy movement between different areas of the workspace.
Advanced filtration and cleaning system by automatic shaking
Equipped with 18 filters measuring Ø160 x 1030 mm, the ST-3500 uses a highly effective cleaning system based on automatic shaking of the filter bags, which extends filter service life and keeps the equipment performing at its best. The integrated particle separator ensures efficient separation of large particles, preventing them from building up in the filters and reducing the frequency of maintenance operations.
Integrated sawdust separator – wood waste
The integrated sawdust and wood waste separator efficiently handles large particles before they reach the main filtration system. This feature extends the service life of the components, reducing maintenance costs and delivering consistent performance. In addition, the automatic cleaning system ensures efficient removal of accumulated dust, eliminating the need for frequent manual intervention.

With 2 polypropylene collection bags and a compact design on wheels, the ST 3500 is built to withstand the demanding requirements of a professional workshop. Its mobility allows you to move the collector easily to wherever it is needed, optimizing your workflow and saving time. Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL. The performance is beyond expectations, and the intuitive settings make use easy even for less experienced operators.
