The PANHANS BSB 500 band sawing machine is equipped with solid 500 mm cast-iron wheels, dynamically balanced and covered with vulcanized rubber, ensuring smooth, vibration-free operation. The well-established APA saw blade guides extend blade life and allow precise cuts, ideal for wood or plastic.

Standard equipment includes all necessary safety devices, an effective blade guard with transparent window, a reversible guide and a tilting work table, providing versatility and safety.

Dynamically balanced cast iron flywheels

Solid cast iron flywheels with a vulcanized and curved rubber layer, designed to provide safe and quiet operation. These cast iron flywheels, dynamically balanced, ensure vibration-free concentricity and are equipped with a coil spring for automatic blade tensioning. They also feature an integrated vibration-damping bearing, providing additional stability during use.

APA 2 ribbon blade guide

The high-performance APA 2 band saw blade guide, made of reinforced side and rear rollers, ensures maximum precision and a long blade life. This optimized system provides excellent stability and significantly improves the saw's performance during use, while protecting the blade from premature wear.

Integrated cloth tension indicator

The recommended blade tension can be set using the integrated tension indicator, which includes a viewing window for easy monitoring of the tension level.

Folding guide ruler

The guide rail can be adjusted to two different positions: high for wide or tall parts and flat for small parts. This flexibility allows for efficient and precise use of the equipment depending on the dimensions of the processed materials.

Rotary cam switch

The rotary cam switch offers direct start for models 400 – 600 and star/delta start for models 700 – 900. This function allows efficient control of the equipment start, adapted to the power and specifications of each model.

Table tilting device

Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL. I am very satisfied with both the products and the overall purchasing experience. The machines are well built and offer excellent working precision. The performance is beyond expectations, and the intuitive settings make use easy even for less experienced operators. An important aspect is the attention to detail and the quality of the components, which inspires confidence and provides safety for a long-term use. The protection and suction systems are effective, and the noise level is low. Delivery was fast, the machines were well packaged, and the Danibrum team provided prompt and professional technical support. Communication was excellent, and the instructions received made commissioning very simple. I confidently recommend Danibrum to anyone looking for quality professional equipment for woodworking. The quality-price ratio is very good, and the after-sales service is at a high level.

Are the machines in stock or are they made to order?

We maintain a permanent stock of essential machinery (circular saws, edgebanders, abrichts) in our central warehouse for fast delivery (24-48h in Romania). For complex production lines, industrial CNCs or custom configurations, the delivery time varies between 30 and 90 days, depending on the complexity of the project and the factory planning.

How is heavy equipment transported?

We don't leave logistics to chance.

Domestic: We provide specialized transport with our own fleet or approved partners, including unloading and positioning in your workshop.
International: We arrange road transport (full truckload or groupage) anywhere in Europe, with CMR insurance included. Machines are secured and protected specifically for long distances.

Are there financing or leasing options?

Yes. We collaborate with the main leasing institutions in Romania (B2B) to offer financing packages with minimum down payment and preferential interest rates. For international customers, payment is usually made in full or according to the external commercial contract (e.g. letter of credit), with invoicing being intra-community (excluding VAT) for VIES eligible companies.
