In December 2023, we launched piese.danibrum.ro, the first website dedicated to spare parts for woodworking machinery in Romania. It is an important objective for us on the one hand, but especially for customers who share the problem of procuring the necessary parts in reasonable times.

We have noticed this need for a long time, but it has become more acute in the years after the pandemic, when most people have pivoted to online, where they have different expectations when it comes to speed in solving a problem. 

To begin with, we established an internal department dedicated solely to spare parts and consumables. Of course, this department came with certain high investment costs for some, low for others, but its results are visible today through the portfolio of customers and machines serviced, which is in accelerated growth. 

Already having a solid base of knowledge and experience in the area of ​​online sales, the natural and obvious step was to launch an online store, where customers can see and purchase the desired products, by paying by card, cash on delivery or bank transfer. 

At the same time, piese.danibrum.ro completed the One Stop Dealer concept, which we also launched in 2023, providing the ideal framework where customers can benefit from extended services regarding the desired equipment, but can also request other services that are not necessarily related to machinery, but which are vital to a business in the wood processing industry, such as digital services, online promotion and others. 

In the end, we know that every merchant praises their goods, otherwise they could not be competitive. However, if we only praise our goods, without trying to bring added value to services that are apparently unimportant, we lose sight of something important, namely long-term partnerships. These are what actually bring profit to a company. 

2024 is a year of prospects and opportunities, and we are ready, together with our partners, to make it as profitable as possible.
