PLC control
- Centralized start-up system, including feed speed, splicing start/stop, heating start and temperature setting.
- Heater errors/malfunctions are displayed on the screen so that the operator can easily recognize the fault and fix the problem.
Solid feeding table
- Upper feeding table;
- Up and down track conveyor, feed speed regulated by frequency converter 5 – 50m/min.
- Stainless steel work table, constant table height 920mm;
- The control range of the splicing temperature is 100 ~ 220°C;
- The whole machine uses electric heating pipe and thermoresistive probe, which ensures stable heating and high sensitivity of temperature control;
- The upper and lower heat-conducting center plates make the joint more uniform.
Pressure roller
- The feeding pressure roller is driven by photoelectric induction, which makes the feeding synchronized;
- The angle of the feed roller can be finely adjusted to improve sheet splicing.

- The soldering drum is made of aviation aluminum, ensuring tightness and durability.

Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL.
