The 680|100 sliding table panel saw developed by PANHANS is used for precise, reliable cutting, cross-cutting to length, sizing and angle cutting of wood, plastics and similar materials in joinery or workshop settings.

Only high-quality components are used in the manufacture of this robust, solid machine, produced in Sigmaringen, in southwestern Germany. The machine has a dimensionally stable, self-supporting body, a torsion-resistant fixed table made of gray cast iron with a finely planed surface, and double-guided tilting segments made of gray cast iron. The machine therefore offers everything needed for precise, reliable continuous operation.

The 680|100 model has already proven its worth in countless operations, including the intensive processing of large-format panels.

Mobile table

A smooth-running, maintenance-free double sliding table (mounted on ball bearings – extra stable), with precise and play-free operation over the entire length, guarantees optimal support and workpiece feeding from the front. This can be extended for large panels using a cross extension mounted on the lightweight but stable sliding table, on which the cross ruler and angle guide, including the fixed angle ruler, can also be mounted.

Cutting unit

On the right side of the saw blade there is a solidly built cutting guide, manually adjustable with fine precision, with a clamping device and a stop profile that can be folded away for narrow, flat workpieces.

The robust and powerful cutting unit, together with the saw spindle with double ball bearings, guarantees high-precision cuts. The circular saw blade can be tilted up to 46° at the touch of a button and can be completely lowered under the work table via motorized height adjustment. The integrated APA quick-change system ensures fast and smooth blade changes.

The circular saw blade with a maximum diameter of up to 450 mm can be tilted between 0° and 46°.

Control panel

The sliding table saw is operated via the control panel located on the machine body.

The model is equipped with ergonomic displays and controls, a complete range of basic equipment and, of course, all the necessary protective and safety devices.

Machine chassis

The dimensionally stable and self-supporting machine body is a stable welded construction made of thick-walled steel profiles and laser-machined and machined sheet metal parts. The torsionally rigid and finely planed cast iron fixed table is mounted on the machine body.

Side extraction

The extraction unit is mounted on the side for better access and significantly more efficient extraction performance.

Enlarged mobile table extension

For large workpieces, the cross extension can be easily extended thanks to an extension system – a unique feature of PANHANS machines. The workpieces no longer have to be supported manually, which is difficult.

Extendable cross ruler

The cross ruler is equipped with a millimeter scale and a telescopic extension up to 3500 mm. When used as an angle guide, it can be used between 0° and 46°, with mechanical length compensation on both sides. All common cutting angles (15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°) can be quickly locked in place by a clamping system.

    Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL. I am very satisfied with both the products and the overall purchasing experience. The machines are well built and offer excellent working precision. The performance is beyond expectations, and the intuitive settings make use easy even for less experienced operators. An important aspect is the attention to detail and the quality of the components, which inspires confidence and provides safety for a long-term use. Are the machines in stock or are they made to order?

We maintain a permanent stock of essential machinery (circular saws, edgebanders, abrichts) in our central warehouse for fast delivery (24-48h in Romania). For complex production lines, industrial CNCs or custom configurations, the delivery time varies between 30 and 90 days, depending on the complexity of the project and the factory planning.

How is heavy equipment transported?

We don't leave logistics to chance.

  • Domestic: We provide specialized transport with our own fleet or approved partners, including unloading and positioning in your workshop.

  • International: We arrange road transport (full truckload or groupage) anywhere in Europe, with CMR insurance included. Machines are secured and protected specifically for long distances.

Are there financing or leasing options?

Yes. We collaborate with the main leasing institutions in Romania (B2B) to offer financing packages with minimum down payment and preferential interest rates. For international customers, payment is usually made in full or according to the external commercial contract (e.g. letter of credit), with invoicing being intra-community (excluding VAT) for VIES eligible companies.

  3. Local Partners: For complex on-site interventions, we work with a network of partner technicians in key EU countries or send our own team for major overhauls.
