AVADOL CONS PROD SRL – manufacturer of premium doors and windows

Mr. Vasile is one of DANIBRUM's long-standing clients, and through his company AVADOL he produces premium-quality doors and windows. Located in a remarkable mountain area, in the commune of Pipirig, he and his father, an experienced carpenter, set out to modernize their workshop with professional machinery.

The passion and perseverance with which they approached the entire process, since 2010, naturally led to products of above-average quality. The father's experience, together with Mr. Vasile's openness to new ideas and managerial skills, helped them build a sustainable business year after year, with efficient and stable growth.

The beginnings of the collaboration started back in 2009, when through the website danibrum.ro we established the details for the delivery of the first batch of equipment consisting of an abrich and a combined machine. Interestingly, initially, the two wanted to go into the production of PVC windows and doors. However, the experience in the area of ​​wood processing took the place of PVC and today avadol.ro is a reliable supplier.

The growth experienced through orders delivered in Romania but also in European countries such as Italy, France or Germany, led to the technological upgrading of the workshop with intelligent, professional equipment, which would take the production level higher.

The beginnings of the collaboration focused on classic, second-hand machines, which still offer notable performance for the operations for which they were built. It is no longer a secret that machines built in the glory years of renowned brands have an extremely resistant structure, managing to perform even after decades. However, their limitations are noticeable when we look at productivity. In a world of automation and the rapid evolution of CNC machines, the limited capabilities of classic ones become obvious and financially inefficient.

Understanding this, Vasile chose to purchase a CNC router dedicated to door and window production, the Danibrum 1224 ATC Door Line. The advantages of this router are evident in the precise and fast machining of the target parts, delivering the same level of accuracy across every part of the same project.

In a world where the level of quality required by end customers is increasing, manufacturers need to align with production trends and deliver products according to expectations. CNC technologies have evolved, but at the same time they have been liberalized, offering the possibility for any workshop, of any size, to access this branch of assisted processing. If in the past a CNC was for large factories, today we have managed to democratize this segment, through affordable prices and dozens of standard or custom router models, which satisfy any need customers may have.  

The list of purchased equipment includes, alongside the CNC, a Rema PX400 circular saw with a mobile table, also ideal for processing solid wood. For exhaust, the ET Mobil 4500 mobile vacuum cleaner meets the need for dust extraction.

This year they have continued their development. The RPP 35 rotary frame press and the Holzmann KAM215EPSV pre-milled edgebanding machine were put into operation at the end of 2023. The diversity of machines, which can perform operations in both the chipboard and solid wood sectors, demonstrates the desire to cover multiple segments, which ultimately helps the end customer.

Sustainable success does not happen overnight, and sustained performance is no coincidence. With the right partners, the stability of the company is ensured and maintained at the desired level.
