Suction and ventilation system
- The suction system evacuates contaminated air from inside the cabin through accordion-type filters, which are included as standard equipment.
- This stabilizes the internal pressure, maintaining an optimal painting environment.
- The ventilation system introduces clean air through F5 filters, guaranteeing a uniform air flow.
Product scanning system
- The optical barrier detects the shape and size of the product to be painted, allowing the paint to be applied only to the required surface.
- This reduces paint consumption and optimizes the process.
Paint recycling system
- The belt scraping system removes paint deposited on the conveyor belt, and the material is recovered and reused, ensuring savings of up to 30%.
- The ergonomic design of the OPTIMA machine allows for quick and easy cleaning of the recycling system.
Belt cleaning system
- The belt is continuously cleaned, so that products are always painted on a dry and clean surface.
- This prevents accidental paint transfer to the underside of the parts.
Control system
- It includes a 7” color touch screen as standard, which allows control and storage of all functions and working parameters.
- With the system optional IoT, production data can be monitored online and daily reports can be generated.

Conveyor belt and centering system
- The machine paints on a polyolefin conveyor belt, resistant to paint adhesion.
- The belt cleaning system consumes less solvent than competing solutions.

Manual lubrication system
- Manual lubrication of the linear guides and bearings of the robotic arm ensures constant, stable operation and an extended service life.

Valve for quick color change
- Four-way valve, specially developed for OPTIMA, which allows for quick passage up to 3 different colors.
- For three colors you will need: 3 pumps + 1 cleaning pump.
Spray Pot (pressurized vessel)
- For low-volume jobs or special colors, the Spray Pot system allows the use of paint directly from the container, reducing consumption and waste.
- Ideal for boutique production.

Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL. I am very satisfied with both the products and the overall purchasing experience. The machines are well built and offer excellent working precision. The performance is beyond expectations, and the intuitive settings make use easy even for less experienced operators. An important aspect is the attention to detail and the quality of the components, which inspires confidence and provides safety for a long-term use. The protection and suction systems are effective, and the noise level is low. Delivery was fast, the machines were well packaged, and the Danibrum team provided prompt and professional technical support.
