The Danibrum DASP 134 automatic brush sanding machine is designed for precision operations, delivering optimal results in the final preparation of surfaces – fine sanding, smoothing and other finishing work. With an optimal configuration of working units, the DASP Series offers a wide range of sanding operations for finishing the material down to the finest detail.

  • Fixed height infeed table to facilitate loading from roller tables to work with the machine both individually and in a finishing line – working height adjustment is done by lifting the working units;
  • Working unit "D" - composed of a unit with rotating discs also having an oscillating movement;
  • Frequency inverter – variable disc speed 50 – 300 RPM;
  • Unit B – oscillating drum brush unit, speed 1000 RPM;
  • Manual adjustment of oscillation travel – 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 mm;
  • Sanding brush length 20 – 100 mm for a workpiece with a maximum thickness of 100 mm;
  • Working width 1300 mm;
  • Drum with Ø 280 mm, 1300 mm width – 12 linear brushes;
  • Dual direction of rotation for the ''D'' disk drive;
  • Maximum thickness of the grinding workpiece 100 mm;
  • 2 (B), 3 (D), 4 (BB), 5 (DB), 6 (BBB), 8 (BBBB), 10 (DDBB) pressing rollers with Ø 50 mm;
  • Automatic star/delta start;
  • Two feed speeds 4,5 / 9 m / min;

  • The conveyor belt is made of adhesive rubber, which keeps the piece still during processing.

Free rubber rollers for pressing

  • The machine has pressure rollers free,  rubberized, which ensures uniform processing, without deviations.
  • Height adjustment is carried out together with the sanding groups.
  • Their position ensures correct and efficient pressing, even for small parts.

Rotating-oscillating disc working unit

  • It is composed of rotating grinding discs, which allow non-directional grinding of the processed material.
  • The oscillating movement of the rotating discs (image 1) ensures uniform sanding over the entire surface of the material.
  • Equipped with frequency inverter - variable disc speed 50 - 300 RPM
  • Each group is composed of 8 rotating discs, with dual direction of rotation.
  • The drive of each working unit is carried out by independent motors, 1 kW, equipped with 2 exhaust hoods 100 mm.

Drum work unit

  • It is composed of sanding drums, which allow linear sanding of the processed material.
  • The oscillation movement of the drums can be adjusted manually.
  • The group is composed of 2 drums
  • The drive of each working unit is carried out by independent motors, 75 kW (image 2), equipped with 2 exhaust hoods each 100 mm.
  • Changing brushes is quick and easy, increasing production efficiency.
  • Power transmission in the case of sanding drums is achieved through a cardan shaft, equipped with rubber bushings, embedded in high-precision ball bearings, which ensure vibration-free operation of the drum.
  • These bushings also facilitate the quick and safe change of brushes attached to the sanding drum.
  • Conveyor belt is driven by a motor 7 kW, with adjustable speed.

    Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL. I am very satisfied with both the products and the overall purchasing experience. The machines are well built and offer excellent working precision. The performance is beyond expectations, and the intuitive settings make use easy even for less experienced operators. An important aspect is the attention to detail and the quality of the components, which inspires confidence and provides safety for a long-term use. The protection and suction systems are effective, and the noise level is low. Delivery was fast, the machines were well packaged, and the Danibrum team provided prompt and professional technical support. Are the machines in stock or are they made to order?

We maintain a permanent stock of essential machinery (circular saws, edgebanders, abrichts) in our central warehouse for fast delivery (24-48h in Romania). For complex production lines, industrial CNCs or custom configurations, the delivery time varies between 30 and 90 days, depending on the complexity of the project and the factory planning.

How is heavy equipment transported?

We don't leave logistics to chance.

  • Domestic: We provide specialized transport with our own fleet or approved partners, including unloading and positioning in your workshop.

  • International: We arrange road transport (full truckload or groupage) anywhere in Europe, with CMR insurance included. Machines are secured and protected specifically for long distances.

Are there financing or leasing options?

Yes. We collaborate with the main leasing institutions in Romania (B2B) to offer financing packages with minimum down payment and preferential interest rates. For international customers, payment is usually made in full or according to the external commercial contract (e.g. letter of credit), with invoicing being intra-community (excluding VAT) for VIES eligible companies.

What happens if the machine breaks down? Do you have your own service?

Yes, Danibrum has its own technical department, not an outsourced one.

Distance does not block production.

  1. Remote Assistance: 80% of software or setting errors are resolved remotely, by connecting our engineers directly to the machine (for CNC/digitalized equipment).

  2. Parts Shipping: We send spare parts by fast air courier (Next Day Delivery in the EU).

  3. Local Partners: For complex on-site interventions, we work with a network of partner technicians in key EU countries or send our own team for major overhauls.
