The ABS sanding table with extraction is the ideal solution for workshops that rely on efficient manual or mechanized sanding processes. Designed to support both electric and pneumatic equipment, this table offers a carefully designed work surface, with extraction evenly distributed across the table, ensuring a clean and dust-free working environment. Thanks to its simple design in galvanized steel, the table requires minimal maintenance, allowing operators to focus on productivity. With the possibility of adjusting the height between 700 and 1000 mm, the table can be perfectly adapted to any type of work.
Optimal protection and precision in every work step
The work surface of the ABS sanding table is equipped with protective felt strips, providing safe handling of products without the risk of damage. In addition, these strips can be customized with alternative materials, such as rubber, to adapt to the special requirements of your projects. Thanks to the optional panel integrating electrical and pneumatic sockets, operators benefit from a complete and ergonomic solution, optimizing the necessary connections for an uninterrupted workflow.
Secure hold and increased efficiency in precise grinding
For secure product clamping, the ABS sanding table is equipped with pedal-controlled vacuum clamping pads, which provide an impressive force of 750 N in the horizontal direction and 370 N in the vertical direction. These vacuum pads are ideal for firmly clamping workpieces, allowing for precise and risk-free sanding. The integrated extraction system allows the use of a hose with nozzle for quick and efficient cleaning of the work surface, thus contributing to a clean and organized working environment.
Tables must be connected to a central or local exhaust system.

Why do I recommend DaniBrum? In 2020, I purchased a circular saw with a mobile table and inches, the Lohmayer FKS320IQ brand, and a Holzmann KAM 215EPS abs edge banding machine. Both machines are industrial and I use them every day, cutting around 25-30 chipboards and edging them as well. Some time ago, I decided to increase my working capacity and buy 2 new machines from the company, 1 Circular saw with a mobile table and T45 parallel ruler, and 1 Automatic abs edge banding machine with pre-milling and rounding at the ends, KAM215ALL. I am very satisfied with both the products and the overall purchasing experience. The machines are well built and offer excellent working precision. The performance is beyond expectations, and the intuitive settings make use easy even for less experienced operators. An important aspect is the attention to detail and the quality of the components, which inspires confidence and provides safety for a long-term use. The protection and suction systems are effective, and the noise level is low. Delivery was fast, the machines were well packaged, and the Danibrum team provided prompt and professional technical support.
