The vertical pressing pistons are centrally operated using a professional hydraulic pump.
In the standard equipment, the press allows beam thicknesses up to 250 mm and variable working lengths. These types of presses are preferred by manufacturers of beams for structures/constructions, layered elements for binals (for door frames and windows with double glazing), etc.
The joint is made in a natural way (drying and natural hardening of the adhesive). The space required for the location and use of these presses is relatively small, and the modular construction concept allows gradual expansion to achieve the desired productivity. At the same time, these presses also have the advantage of simplicity in operation and maintenance.
The wooden elements are placed one on top of the other with the surfaces glued together, and the pressing elements on each unit are adjusted according to the required dimensions. In this way, laminated beams of different sizes will be made with ease and maximum efficiency.
