The system includes belt, roller and chain conveyors, milling machines for tooth jointing (with and without adhesive application), as well as a automatic pressing machine.
Due to powerful milling spindles (18.5 kW × 2) and shredders (5.5 kW × 2), the system ensures a fast and precise cut. With a pressing force of 7500 kg and an efficient hydraulic system, the tooth engagement is achieved with optimal strength and minimal material loss.
A – Belt conveyor
B – Automatic milling machine for toothed joints
C – Belt conveyor
D – Automatic milling machine for toothed joints (with adhesive application)
E – Roller conveyor
F – Chain conveyor
G – Automatic pressing machine for toothed joints

Working method
The wooden slats are positioned by the operator on the feeding belt of the finger jointing machine. Sensors detect the presence of material, which initiates the work cycle in 'automatic' mode. The slats are then cut, straightened at one end, after which the parts are finger jointed. After milling at one end, the slats are aligned and automatically positioned for milling at the other end and glued, then the elements are automatically transported to the finger jointing press. After pressing, the resulting element is automatically removed from the press.
